The Stormslayer Trading Company is an Ishgardian Established Trading Company that now resides in La Noscea. Established by the legendary late Haurchefant Greystone and his widow the Dowager Countess Lady Ophelia Greystone-Stormslayer.The Trading Company specializes in the trading of raw goods and materials as well as employing some of the greatest artisans around all of Eorzea. The desire of the company is to grow trade organically and honestly that doesn’t matter where you are from or how high or low your status is. But how you choose to make the most of your talents.

The Stormslayer Trading Company is a RP Community that specializes in Trades and Arts of all forms. Roleplay Rules & RP Style

Our RP Style here at the Trading CompanyThe Short Version:IC-Semi-Lit, Para and Multi-Para Style with an emphasis on Market and Trading related RP. Semi-New Player Friendly - Culturally and Lore Compliant (Lore Bendy ok) Lamping and Private RP encouraged at the Tavern and Cafe. Public RP will be prompted regularly at The Emporium in front of vendors. RP Etiquette and common sense are strictly enforced during Buisness Hours. All venues open for SFW RP 24/7/365The Long Version:We are an In-Character Community that specializes in Trading and Market style RP. We prefer paragraph style that is in the viewpoint of Third Person Limited with a focus on person to person dialogue. While we have Lore-bendy components and welcome alternative style Roleplayers in our community - the main MSQ lore is hard canon in our community and alternative style RPers (Voidsent, Ascian, Androids,Resurrected NPC’s etc. - are highly encouraged to have an acceptable backstory to back up how they bend the lore.)We welcome all new RPers to our community - but we recommend The Emporium Markets be not be your first experience with RP - consider either hanging out at the Tavern - or check out a few other open RP events hosted by our Affliates and get used to RP. This is so you don’t feel so overwhelmed by our detailed style of RP during Market Hours.Lamping, Group RP and Private RP are VERY welcomed at Greystone Tavern and Cafe, and is fine at The Emporium, so long as you are not hindering business or other RP going on at the time. (aka - don’t stand in front of our vendors and talk to your friends via tell/party chat - please move to our additional seating spots on the side, upstairs, or outside to our patio lawn to continue your conversations.)We not home?
