It now endures beneath the steady hand of the Lady Ophelia Fortemps-Stormslayer, who saw fit to carry forth her family's dreams—to unite artisans and traders under a single banner of integrity and purpose.Now headquartered upon the sunlit coasts of La Noscea, the Company thrives as a conduit of commerce and camaraderie. From the mines of Thanalan to the forges of Ishgard, and the bustling ports of Limsa Lominsa, The Company deals in fine goods, raw materials, and masterful craftsmanship, employing some of the most skilled hands and keenest minds across all of Eorzea.Here, one's worth is not measured by title or birthright, but by the craft of their hand and the strength of their word. Whether noble or commonborn, all who labor in honesty and heart find welcome within our ranks. Our core purpose is to forge connections through craftsmanship, creativity, and collaboration—using trade and talent as the threads that weave people together. Our headquarters are located on Marilith with active outposts on Bismarck, Zalera, and Behemoth, offering welcoming spaces for players seeking community closer to home.The Stormslayer Trading Co. is proudly a community that supports LGBTQ+, is neurodivergent-friendly, low-drama, and full of folks just trying to stay hydrated, well-fed, and always learning.Roleplay and lore are at the heart of what we do. The Long Version:
You get what you give: Effort, consistency, and engagement matter. Don't just write your backstory on a Carrd and expect us to read it before RPing with you. Be ready to answer questions and have a real conversation with us. Treat every encounter in our community as if the person you are talking to has no idea who you are and what you want. (Even if they do.)THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK! Actions have Consequences: If your character makes bold or reckless choices, consequences will follow. That’s not us being unfair; that’s the story working as intended. It’s your responsibility to navigate or repair what your character creates and/or breaks. Also, if your character is an asshole to everyone, you don't get the right to cry when people don't engage with your character, or if people bite back at your attitude. That is a problem for YOU to resolve -- not the community.We love you all - but this ain't VR Chat. Please don't treat it as such: We’re all adults with lives and jobs outside of Eorzea. We enjoy hanging out, but please respect our time and come prepared to RP when you join our events or engage in character. If you’re not ready to participate, it’s okay to pass there's no offense taken. If our RP or characters aren’t your style, that’s fine too. Just be respectful. Silence at venues is allowed, and no one owes anyone forced interaction.We're Open to The Weird. So Long as it Makes Sense! We, as an RP community, do not mind characters who play non-traditional style characters/NPC Style like characters. (Voidsent, First World, Ancients, Scions, etc.) That said, we will question lore and get to know your character if something doesn't make sense. Not to be cruel, but because internal logic matters. Please do your homework, because we will ask you to show your work.Lore Flexible - But the MSQ is our Foundation: - We take a lot of creative freedoms with our OC's lore and character developments. If you’re very rigid with canon, we may not always be a perfect match, but we’re flexible about what we do or don’t share with your characters. If you prefer "Crystal Rule/Lore Compliant" roleplay styles, that’s completely fine, and we can roll with that. Just let us know in tells or messages. The MSQ remains our hard baseline for world lore (yes, including deaths). After that, feel free to bend the lore as much as you like.We Honor Creative Freedoms - With a Price: We love talking about characters, creating lore, and developing/making stories happen, but we aren’t always big on OOC workshopping. Not because we don’t care, but because we respect everyone’s right to create their characters their own way, without outside influence. We’re happy to help when we can—just know we may not always be able to deeply workshop or develop character arcs with you OOC.Team RLACF is strongly encouraged and honored: We are big followers of the "Real Life Always Comes First" philosophy here. Please communicate if you are in the middle of scenes/story arcs if you need support to step away, but know that we aren't going anywhere. Etheirys Blitzball League

The Etheirys Blitzball League, or EBL, is an RP competitive league that unites teams, sponsors, fans, and communities through Blitzball games. The 13 teams from all over Etheirys, that make up the League, play from July to November in competition for the Crystal Cup. The Stormslayer Trading Co. is honored to be a league sponsor, cheering on all the teams of the star and facilitating new RP opportunities for all!

Hati's Fish and Tackle Shops

Luwalhati traveled from her home in Malaya, in the Anguna Archipelago, in search of new opportunities after a series of events caused her to leave her homeland. In pursuit of that new opportunity, she decided to put her angling hobby to use and became a fishmonger to supplement her income from mercenary work and from being a part-time crew member for merchant sailors.It has now led to the creation of two amazing shops, one in The Goblet with Community Grandmother Lady Senkyo and her very own Fish Emporium in The Mists.
